Pancho's Vegan Cantina and MVI Print. As the General Manager and Marketing Lead for Pancho's Vegan Cantina, overseeing six locations, and MVI Print, I managed day-to-day operations for a team of up to 54 employees. My responsibilities included handling payroll, benefits, timecards, employee assessments, and training, while also managing budgeting, purchasing, and customer service. A key focus of my role was leading the marketing, advertising, and design efforts for the restaurants, creating and executing promotional campaigns that boosted brand visibility and customer engagement. I directed the design and production of all printed materials in collaboration with MVI Print, ensuring cohesive brand messaging across locations. Additionally, I played a central role in HR, overseeing hiring, training, and payroll, while ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Through strategic marketing and effective team leadership, I contributed to the growth and success of the business.

As the owner and General Manager, I handled all aspects of the business, from managing six employees and overseeing payroll to creating custom designs, artwork, quotes, proposals, county plans, convention graphics, graphics for casino stores, and invoices, while also directly engaging in customer service to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. 2006 to 2007

As the Sr. Graphic Designer for a local sign company specializing in vehicle wraps, trade show displays, and new car detailing, I supervised a team of three graphic designers, assigning projects based on their strengths. I coordinated closely with installers on scheduling and oversaw all stages of production, from design to installation, ensuring top-quality results. Additionally, I maintained high standards of quality control throughout the design, pre- and post-production processes, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

April 2003 to 2006

As Internal Manager Auditor I was one of 7 auditors for Motel 6 that went to Motel 6 and Red Roof Inn properties to audit manager's paperwork, bank deposits, sales reports, labor reports, performance reports, room quality, purchasing reports, inventory, etc. If we found any issues, we were in charge of making a full detailed report and in the case of potential fraud, relieving manager(s) of duties and taking over property temporarily until a full investigation was done. I was personally in charge of Area 1 in southern California which included 22 properties in Orange County and some parts of Los Angeles County.

1997 to 2002

I co-founded this company with a friend while still in college, at a time when few were offering graphic design, web design, and video production services. We saw an opportunity and built a full-service production facility, complete with a green room for video production and a 24-track recording studio. Since this was the field I was studying in college, I took on the majority of the workload, managing everything from production to operations, ensuring the success and growth of the business.
